Ingredients
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/2 Cup green peppers, chopped
1/3 Cup water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon ginger
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
In crockpot, mix onion, green pepper, water, lemon juice, oil and seasonings. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and cook on Low for 5 hours. Remove chicken and thicken juices if desired.
