Ingredients
3 - 4 Pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Teaspoons cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
10 Ounces frozen whole green beans
1 Bell pepper, seeded & sliced
8 Ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup butter
10 Slices Pepper Jack cheese
Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Layer frozen green beans, then mushrooms and peppers.
Season again with salt and pepper; top with butter and cook on LOW for 4 - 6 hours, until chicken shreds easily when stirred.
Stir chicken until shredded and then top with cheese and cook on HIGH until the cheese melts.
