Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Can pineapple chunks (including the juice)
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 Cup cold water
3 Tablespoons corn starch
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and top with soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple chucks, garlic and ginger. Whisk corn starch into cold water then pour over all. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. I serve this with broccoli seasoned with salt, pepper and shallots and Jasmine rice.
