Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Can corn, drained
1 Can black beans
1 Cup salsa
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
2 Cups cooked rice
Cheese or other desired toppings
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in bottom of crockpot.. In a bowl, combine soup corn, black beans, salsa, and taco seasoning. Stir lightly. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. When ready to serve, stir in cooked rice and serve with favorite toppings.
