Ingredients

1 Cup sour cream
1 Teaspoon minced dill
1 Teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 Teaspoon lemon zest or lemon juice
4 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
2 Cups carrots, sliced
1 1/2 Cups celery, sliced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 Cup of chicken broth

Instructions

Place cut up veggies in bottom of crockpot. Combine sour cream, dill, lemon pepper and lemon zest. Spoon 1/4th mixture into crockpot on top of vegetables and arrange chicken breasts on top of mix in single layer. Pour chicken broth over chicken layer. Pour remaining sour cream sauce over chicken and spread evenly. Cover and Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or more until chicken is tender and pull away.
Makes a delicious chicken dish and the extra broth-can be used to make a creamy-type chicken soup.
