Ingredients
1 Can cream of broccoli soup
3 Pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 Cup milk
1 Bag of frozen broccoli
Instructions
Place chicken in the crockpot, cover with frozen vegetables, cream of broccoli soup and milk. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or High for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.
