Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts with rib meat attached, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 (28 ounces) Can crushed tomatoes
1 Can water
2 Tablespoons chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
6 Ounces egg noodles
Instructions
Combine chicken, tomatoes, and chilies in sauce in crockpot and cook on Low 8 hours or High 4 hours).
Stir in noodles the last 30 minutes of cook time; cook until noodles are tender.
