Ingredients
8 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 Potatoes, cubed
Green beans, fresh or frozen
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can milk
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 (1 oz) Package dry onion soup mix
Instructions
Put the chicken pieces, potatoes and green beans into a crockpot. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
