Ingredients
5 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons garlic powder
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cans of cream of chicken soup
1 Onion, diced
1 (32 oz) Container chicken broth
Tortillas, torn
Instructions
Place chicken broth, butter, soup, onion, garlic, pepper and chicken in crockpot. Make sure chicken is covered with broth, add a bit of extra broth or water if needed. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or until chicken breasts can be broken apart easily.
Shred chicken breasts and add torn tortillas. Cook covered until tortillas are hot and thickened. Stir occasionally to keep tortillas from sticking together.
