Ingredients

4 Chicken breast halves
2 (15 oz) Cans black beans, undrained
3 Cans Rotel tomatoes
1 Cup mild salsa
1 (4 oz) Can chopped green chilies
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can tomato sauce
Tortilla chips
Grated cheddar cheese
Green onions, chopped

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except chips, cheese and onions in large crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken breasts and slice in to bite size pieces. Stir into soup. To serve, put a handful of chips in each individual soup bowl. Ladle soup over chips and top with cheese and onions if desired.
