Ingredients
3 Pounds chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 (16 oz) Can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained & chopped
1/2 Cup sliced pitted olives
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
1 Envelope beefy onion soup mix
1/4 Cup dry red wine or water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Put the cut up chicken pieces in crockpot.
Combine the tomatoes, olives, and garlic then add the beefy onion soup mix, blended with the wine and olive oil.
Pour over the chicken in the crockpot and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve with hot cooked noodles.
