Ingredients
1 (8 oz) Package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 Pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
4 Stalks celery
2 Medium onions
1 Can water chestnuts, sliced
1 Cup hot water with 3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Teaspoons oyster sauce
2 Teaspoons Hoisin sauce
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 Teaspoon ground ginger
1 Pound can Chinese vegetables
1 Can bean sprouts, drained
1 Can Cut baby corn, drained
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons water
Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add first 12 ingredients to crockpot and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours. One hour before serving add Chinese vegetables, bean sprouts, baby corn, cornstarch-dissolved water.
