Ingredients
3 Pounds chicken breasts
1/3 Cup Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 Cups raw rice, long-grain
1 (16 oz) Can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup dry white wine
1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 Teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
1 Package Brussels sprouts, frozen & quartered
Instructions
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. In a skillet, saut� chicken in Italian salad dressing over medium heat until cooked through. Mix rice, tomatoes, wine, seasonings and Brussels sprouts in crockpot. Top with chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
