Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning, crushed
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, drained
1 Pound mushrooms, cut in half
2 Large onions, chopped
3 Pounds chicken parts, skin removed
1/4 Cup cornstarch
1 (16 oz) Package spaghetti, cooked & drained
Instructions
Mix broth, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions in 5 quart crockpot. Add chicken and turn to coat. COVER and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
