Ingredients
1 (15 oz) Can pineapple rings, drained
1/2 (8 oz) Package herb seasoned stuffing mix
4 Chicken thighs, boneless/skinless
1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Place the drained pineapple rings in the bottom of crockpot. Mix the stuffing mix according to package directions. Place on top of the pineapple rings. Next place the uncooked chicken breasts on top of stuffing mixture. Then pour the cream of chicken soup over it all. Cook on Low for about 6 hours.
