Ingredients
3 Cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 1/2 Cups cottage cheese
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Package egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 Cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Cup Colby cheese, shredded
1 Cup Velveeta, cubed
1/2 Cup onion, diced
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
1/2 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can chicken broth
1 (4 oz) Can mushrooms, drained
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
