Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 (18 oz) Bottle barbecue sauce
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 Cup brown sugar
Instructions
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
In a medium bowl combine barbecue sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and red pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Remove lid for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow water to evaporate and thicken sauce.
