Ingredients

1 (9�) Deep dish pie crust
2 Cans white chicken, shredded or two chicken breasts boiled & shredded
1 Cup mayonnaise
3 Drops Tabasco
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 Cup celery, diced
1/8 Cup chopped pecans
Topping
1 Cup shredded sharp cheese
3/4 Cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

Pre-bake pie crust according to directions. Blend filling ingredients and pour into pie crust. Sprinkle cheese on top of filling. Sprinkle potato chips on top of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15 minutes.
