Ingredients
4 Boneless chicken breast halves, cut in strips
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can corn, drained
1 (15 oz) Can black beans, rinsed & drained
2 Teaspoons ground cumin
2 Teaspoons chili powder
1 Onion, halved & thinly sliced
1 Green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired. Serve over rice or with flour tortillas.
