Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 Pound mushrooms, cleaned & halved vertically
1 Large onion, cut into large chunks
2 Large carrots, sliced
1 Celery rib with leaves, sliced
Apricots, dried
1 Packet onion soup mix
Apricot nectar, enough to cover
Instructions
Place chicken pieces in bottom of crockpot, sprinkle with dried soup. Cover chicken with nectar and place vegetables and apricots to taste on top. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
