Ingredients
1 (9 1/4 oz) Bag Fritos corn chips
2 (15 oz) Can chili with beans
3 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) Container sour cream
1/2 Cup white onion, diced
Instructions
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of Fritos to the bottom of the crockpot then spoon chili over the chips.
Next sprinkle half the onion over the chili then sprinkle half the cheese over the onion.
Cover top of ingredients with all of the sour cream and top with the rest of the cheese and onion.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
Serve with the additional Fritos on top.
