Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 Eggs
2 Cups sour cream
4 Tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Blend in sour cream. Add dry ingredients and melted butter. Blend until well mixed. Bake as usual.
