Ingredients

2 Cups flour
2 Cups buttermilk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Cup butter, melted
2 Eggs

Instructions

Combine the melted butter with the buttermilk then whip the eggs into the bowl.
Add all the dry ingredients and stir to incorporate.
Heat waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
This recipe makes 6 - 8 waffles depending on the size of the waffle iron.
