Ingredients

4 Potatoes, peeled & chopped
1 Small onion diced
1 Pound ground sausage, browned & drained
1 Can cheddar cheese soup
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoons water

Instructions

Place potatoes, onion, and browned ground sausage in the crockpot. Mix soups and water together and pour over the top. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
