Ingredients
1 Pound sausage, casings removed
1 Onion, peeled & chopped
1 Green pepper (optional), seeded & chopped
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup all-purpose baking mix
2 Eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400�F. Grease a 9� pie plate. In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper, breaking up sausage, until sausage is brown. Drain thoroughly. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with cheese. Stir together baking mix and eggs with a fork until blended. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
