Ingredients
12 Slices Canadian bacon
12 (1 oz) Slices Swiss cheese
12 Eggs
1 Cup heavy cream
1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Minced fresh parsley
Instructions
Overlap bacon slices in a well oiled 9� x 13" pan. Cover bacon with overlapping slices of cheese. Break eggs, one at a time, and space evenly on cheese. Pour cream gently around eggs. Bake 10 minutes at 450�F.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pepper and paprika. Bake at 450�F for 8 to 10 minutes longer or until eggs are set. Remove form oven. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
