Ingredients

20 to 30 Biscuits of your choice
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 Cup green pepper, chopped
6 Hard boiled eggs
1 Pound pork sausage
4 Heaping tablespoon flour (more or less)
6 Cups milk (more or less)
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown sausage in a large skillet. When browned, add onion and pepper. Stir and cook until onion is tender. Stir in flour and blend well. Add most of the milk and continue to stir until gravy begins to thicken. If too thick, thin with more milk. Season to taste and serve over warm biscuits.
