Ingredients
2 1/2 Cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups buttermilk
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup melted butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup blueberries
Instructions
Place the griddle plate on the power smokeless grill and preheat to 350�F.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Combine the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Slowly whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Let the mixture stand for 3 minutes to finish the batter.
Place 1?4 cup of batter onto the griddle plate for each pancake.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon blueberries over the top of each pancake and cook until browned, flip and cook to brown second side.
