Ingredients

3 Eggs, beaten
6 Slices raisin bread
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract or to taste
1 Teaspoon sugar
Butter

Instructions

Add cinnamon, nutmeg vanilla extract and sugar to beaten eggs in bowl large enough to lay a slice of bread in. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Coat a slice of raisin bread with egg mixture but DO NOT SOAK. Place slice of bread in skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
