Ingredients
12 Eggs
1 (32 oz) Bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
1 Pound bacon, cut into small pieces, fried & drained
1/2 Cup onions, diced
3/4 Pound cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
1 Cup milk
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Layer 1/2 of each ingredient in crockpot in the following order: 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 bacon, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cheese.
Repeat with a second layer.
Beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour over the whole mixture.
Cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.
