Ingredients
1/2 Cup fresh breadcrumbs
6 Eggs, hardboiled, sliced
1/2 Pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 Tablespoons bacon drippings
2 Cups sour cream
1 (4 ounce) Can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 Teaspoons chives, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
3/4 Cup grated cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Sprinkle crumbs over bottom of a greased 9� x 12� casserole and top with sliced eggs. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese, and pour over eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
