Ingredients

16 to 20 Slices English muffin bread, trimmed & buttered on 1 side
1/2 Pound cheddar cheese, sliced
1/2 Pound Swiss cheese, sliced
1/2 Pound sliced ham (to cover cheese)
8 Eggs
3 Cups milk
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 Cups cornflake crumbs
1/4 Cup butter or margarine, melted
Sauce
1/4 Cup sour cream
1 Can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Grease 9� x 13� pan. Put muffins on bottom with butter side up. Put a layer of cheddar cheese on muffins; then cover with a layer of ham, then a layer of Swiss cheese. Cover all with another layer of buttered muffins, butter side up.
Mix eggs with milk, mustard and salt and pour over muffins and cheese in pan. Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. Sprinkle with cornflakes crumbs. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour in 350F oven.
Serve with sauce that has been heated on the stove.
