Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups herbed croutons or stuffing
3/4 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Cups milk
2 Pounds pork sausage
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
6 Eggs
1 (6 ounce) Package fresh mushrooms, saut�ed & chopped

Instructions

Place croutons in greased 9� x 13" Pyrex dish. Top with cheese. Cook sausage until browned and crumbled, drain well. Spread sausage over cheese. Beat eggs, mustard, milk and soup; add mushrooms. Pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300F for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
