Ingredients
1 Package yeast
3 Cups bread flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 Cup hot water, less 1 tablespoon
2 Egg whites; stiffly beaten, at room temperature
Instructions
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120�F to 130�F. Whip the whites until stiff and set aside. Add ingredients in order given. Add the egg whites after all other ingredients are moist.
Setting: French bread
