Ingredients
4 Large peppers, cleaned & seeded
2 Pounds hamburger
2 Cups raw white rice
2 (26 oz) Jars spaghetti sauce
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons dried chopped onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix raw burger, rice, Italian seasoning, onion seasoning, salt & pepper, and about 1/2 cup of sauce together. Stuff mixture into peppers filling 3/4 of the way; rice will plump and fill it completely. Coat bottom of crockpot with some sauce, place peppers in - standing up, and cover peppers with remaining spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or LOW all day (up to 9 hours or so). Just before serving you can place shredded mozzarella on top of peppers for some added taste. Serve with a fresh Italian bread and salad!
