Ingredients
1 (3 to 4 lb) Roast
3 to 4 Bay leaves
3/4 Cup vinegar
3/4 Cup brown sugar
14 Ounces catsup
1 Large onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon pickling spice
30 Ginger snaps
Instructions
Put all ingredients in crockpot with enough water to cover meat. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove meat; slice. Put gravy through food mill. Put meat back into gravy.
