Ingredients
1 (3 to 4 lb) Chuck roast
1 Packet onion soup mix
1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar
OR
1 (3 to 4 lb) Chuck roast
1 Packet brown gravy mix
1 Packet Hidden Valley dressing mix
1 Packet Italian dressing mix
1/2 Cup water
Instructions
Place roast in crockpot and top with seasonings, add liquid and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until tender.
Gauge the timing by the tenderness of the meat, if it is not as tender as you want, cook it longer.
