Ingredients
2 Pounds hamburger
1/2 to 1 Cup Italian bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 Teaspoon thyme
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup red wine
1 Packet brown gravy mix (from packet that makes 2 cup batch)
Instructions
Combine hamburger, breadcrumbs, eggs, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, red wine and 1/2 packet of gravy mix and kneed to blend well. Form into a meatloaf shape that will fit in your crockpot leaving room around the sides. Put loaf in crockpot.
Take remaining gravy mix and combine with 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and pour over meatloaf in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
