Meatballs
2 Pounds ground beef
2 Teaspoons salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Cup milk
1 Small onion, chopped
1 Cup cracker crumbs
1 Egg
Sauce
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup catsup
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup water
1/4 Teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
Mix meatball ingredients together and form into balls, place in crockpot.
Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl; pour over meatballs in crockpot and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
