Ingredients

1 Package liver
1 Stick butter
1 Can cream mushroom soup
1 1/2 Cups water
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Can milk/cream
1 to 2 Onions sliced in rings

Instructions

Put onions and frozen liver in crockpot; add beef bouillon cubes, water, butter, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix milk/cream and soup and pour over liver, stirring carefully to mix well with the liver stock. Continue cooking on LOW for 3 to 4 more hours.
