Ingredients
1 (3 to 5 lb) Rump roast
1 Package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 Cup water
1 Package au jus� gravy packet
2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
6 Pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
Mix together water, gravy mix, dressing and Italian seasoning. Pour over roast in crockpot. Add peppers, if desired.
Cook on LOW about 8 hours. Break up roast and cook 1 hour more.
