Ingredients

3 Pounds pot roast, trimmed of fat
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1/3 Cup horseradish sauce

Instructions

Brown roast on all sides in oil in skillet; place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
