Ingredients
2 Large potatoes, sliced
2 Medium carrots, sliced
1 Cup frozen peas, drained
1 Large onion, sliced
2 Celery ribs, sliced
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef, cooked & drained
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 1/3 Cups water
Instructions
Layer the first six ingredients in a crockpot in the order listed. Combine soup and water; mix well. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
