Ingredients
1 Large roast
1/2 Cup water
2 Cup water
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Teaspoon onion salt
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
1 Teaspoon oregano
Instructions
Place roast and 1 cup water in crockpot and cook all night on LOW. In the morning, drain off water and shred meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer in crockpot on LOW for 3 to 5 hours or until ready. Serve on French bread sub rolls.
