Ingredients
2 (12 oz) Jars mushroom gravy
2 (7 oz) Cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
6 (4 oz) Cube steaks
6 Medium potatoes, washed & cut into 1/2" cubes
Instructions
Put the gravy, mushrooms, thyme, and pepper in crockpot and stir until well mixed. Mix meat into the gravy and then mix the potatoes, with the skin facing up, into the gravy.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Remove the meat and place on serving plates.
With a slotted spoon remove the potatoes and mushrooms and place them together in a serving bowl. Serve the gravy on the side.
