Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds round steak, 3/4� thick, cut into serving size pieces
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Medium onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Carrot, sliced
1 Celery rib, chopped
Instructions
Combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the meat in flour mixture. Place the onions in the bottom of crockpot, add the meat.
Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the meat; top with carrots and celery. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or HIGH for 3 to 5 hours.
