Ingredients
3 to 4 Pounds beef stew meat
1 Cup barbeque sauce
1 Cup salsa
1 Package taco seasoning
2 Cans corn, drained
1 Can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 Can garbanzo beans, drained
Fresh Cilantro to taste, chopped
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. During last 30 minutes of cook time add black beans, garbanzo beans and cilantro. Continue cooking until heated through. Serve over white rice with a salad and hot bread.
