Ingredients
2 Pounds beef stew meat, cut it into 1� cubes
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Soup can of water
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 Small can mushrooms
1 Package of onion soup mix
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 Cups sour cream
1/2 Pound wide egg noodles
Instructions
Put the first 9 ingredients in the crockpot and let it cook on LOW for 7 1/2 hours, then, the last 30 minutes turn the crockpot to HIGH and stirred in the sour cream. Prepare noodles according to package directions and tossed it all together.
