Ingredients
2 Pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Small onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cups mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 Cups sour cream
2/3 Cup water
1 1/2 Cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine first seven ingredients, pour into stoneware.
Combine potato flakes, sour cream and water. Spread over beef mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Sprinkle with cheese 30 minutes before serving.
