Ingredients
2 Pounds beef top round steak; cut into 1/8� thick slices
1/4 Cup onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Bay leaf
2 Clove garlic, minced
1 Cup ketchup
1/4 Cup water
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 Cup tarragon vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Drops liquid smoke
Instructions
Combine ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, depending on how well done you want the meat. Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve by itself or on rolls.
